During this 1 hour and 15 minute appointment, you can expect a physical assessment, review of healthcare history, review current medications & supplements, engage in a patient/provider collaborative discussion while planning health care goals, and when indicated, order medications, labs, and imaging. 

First initial follow-up/plan of care meeting-$150.00

This is a full one-hour appointment to review plan of care, lab and/or imaging results, medications, supplements, and assess your healthcare goals. 

Subsequent / Follow-up visits within the year- $90.00.

This 30- 45 minute appointment will discuss lab/imaging results, review medication & supplements, reassessing healthcare goals, and evaluate overall well-being considering lifestyle modifications. 

Annual wellness appointment- $150.00. (for established patients)

During this 1 hour appointment, you can expect a physical assessment, review recent annual lab results, review medications & supplements, and discuss health care goals. 

PLEASE NOTE** To ensure timely preparations, established patients should call 2-4 weeks prior to your scheduled annual appointment to arrange for necessary lab and imaging orders to placed and obtained prior to appointment for review of results at annual appointment. 

Sick Care appointment $75.00

If you require an immediate appointment during or especially after our standard business hours, please inform us your availability. We may be able to provide flexibility with regards to your specific appointment needs. 

Pediatrics/Children: 0-17 years old

Newborn - 1 year (follow up) $60.00

1 year old - 3 year old (follow up) $75.00

3 year old - 17 year old (annuals) $100.00 (follow up within the year) $90.00

Do we accept insurance? 

Unfortunately, no, most major insurance companies have not wanted to contract with our office due to how we operate. Simply put, our office doesn't conform to the traditional doctor office model most of the bigger insurance companies want.

Our office is different because we truly care about your health, taking the time to listen to your concerns. Our fees are very comparable to your average co-pays.
